Fearless relies on experienced directors to help bring artists’ original ideas to life in a supportive, collaborative, and professional manner. Directors are responsible for casting, running rehearsals, working with the actors, co-designing the show with the technical crew, and partnering with the playwright to help develop their ideas into a high-quality engaging show. Directors are compensated with a stipend to help cover travel and incidental expenses while working on one of our productions.
In addition to seeking directors for specific productions, Fearless accepts applications on a rolling basis for readings, workshops, and other instances where directors are required.
